"Hello, I am Vera Franke who started this project. My idea was initiated by the Designmai theme "EU+" and my curiosity to the new EU countries, which most of us (in west Europe) do not know very well by now.

After few month of research, I got in contact with designers from 9 new EU member countries. Some agreed to take part in the 10+ media project and sent me a video tape with a speech in answer to the questions I had published on my website.

On this website you find the English translations of the speeches, that I used for the subtitles in the video. The texts have been sent by the protagonists themselves.
